Privacy Policy
WHAT DOES PARK LANE FINANCE SOLUTIONS, LLC (PLFS) DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:
- Social Security number and income
- Account balances and payment history
- Credit history and credit scores
All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information; the reasons PLFS chooses to share and whether you can limit this sharing.
If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your informa-tion as described in this notice.
However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

How does PLFS protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. Our employees are bound by our Customer Information Confidentiality and Security Agreement
How does PLFS collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- apply for a loan
- make your monthly payment
- give us your contact information
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only

- affiliates from using your information to market to you
- sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?
Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
The Services use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies may be used to keep the site functioning, remember preferences, protect forms, understand site usage, measure marketing performance, and deliver or evaluate advertising.
Our site currently uses Google technologies, which may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Google reCAPTCHA. Google and other providers may collect device, browser, usage, advertising, and interaction data according to their own privacy policies. Advertising cookies may recognize a browser or device across websites or services. We do not control how third parties use information they collect independently.
Your choices. You may use an available cookie-preference tool on the Services, adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, or use provider opt-out tools. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality. You may also adjust Google advertising settings at Google My Ad Center and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before using nonessential cookies or honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information as permitted by law to:
- Service providers and processors that support hosting, website operations, forms, secure applications, customer portals, loan origination and servicing, payments, document management, communications, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, professional services, and other business functions.
- Credit bureaus, verification services, dealers, manufactured-home communities, settlement or closing providers, insurers, lien or title service providers, payment processors, and other parties involved in evaluating, closing, funding, servicing, or collecting a loan or completing a requested transaction.
- Affiliates, including members of The Caton Companies, for purposes allowed by law and as described in our federal financial privacy notice.
- Government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, auditors, attorneys, and other parties when required or appropriate to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate wrongdoing, or defend claims.
- A buyer, successor, lender, or adviser in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
- Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or as otherwise disclosed when information is collected.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties for their own marketing except as described in our federal financial privacy notice or as otherwise permitted by law. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising activities may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you may request to opt out as described in Section 8.
5. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no website, email, network, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use the secure application or customer portal made available by Park Lane Finance when transmitting sensitive information.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to process and service transactions, maintain business and legal records, comply with lending, licensing, tax, audit, anti-fraud, and other legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the relationship, and applicable law.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Services, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may also contact us to update certain contact information or preferences. Transactional or account-related communications may continue where permitted or required by law.
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights concerning certain personal information, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy, and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Some state privacy laws exempt financial institutions or information governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, so these rights may not apply to all information we maintain.
To submit a privacy request, contact us using Section 12 and state that your request concerns privacy rights. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to identify relevant records. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denial by replying to our decision or contacting us again with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
Financial-information sharing choices. The choices available under federal financial privacy law, and instructions for exercising them, appear in our federal financial privacy notice linked in the introduction to this Policy.
9. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for these signals, the Services may not respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we will process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.
10. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Services may link to or use third-party websites, portals, application systems, social platforms, or services, including secure loan-application and customer-portal providers. A third party’s privacy practices are governed by its own notices unless that party processes information solely on our behalf. Review the privacy notice presented by any third-party service you use.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on the Services and change the “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
